By accessing or purchasing from Pranish Store, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. These terms protect both customers and the business while ensuring a fair shopping experience.

1. Website Usage

• You must provide accurate information when placing an order.
• You agree not to engage in fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse of the platform.
• Product prices, availability, specifications, and images may change without prior notice.

2. User Accounts

• Account login credentials must be kept confidential.
• Suspicious or fraudulent accounts may be restricted, suspended, or removed without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• We may cancel an order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• Refunds for cancelled orders (if payment received) will be processed back to the original method.
• All our products are inclusive of VAT

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide shipping services across Nepal for smartphones, accessories and electronic devices.

Handling & Dispatch Time

• Order processing: 1–3 working days
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays process next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Smartphones: 3–7 working days
• Accessories & Gadgets: 1–5 working days

Shipping is handled by third-party courier companies. Delivery time and handling depend on courier performance.

Delay, Damage & Loss Liability

Pranish Store is not responsible for parcel delays, loss, theft, physical damage, or mishandling that occurs during transit after handover to the courier.

Once dispatched, full delivery responsibility transfers to the logistics provider. Any claims for delay, loss, or transport damage must be filed with the courier company.

If a package appears damaged or tampered with, customers must refuse delivery immediately.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted under strict conditions to ensure product integrity.

Return Eligibility

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unopened & in original sealed condition.
• All accessories, box items, and invoice must be returned.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Activated / opened smartphones (including Apple devices)
• Used, burned, broken, or physically damaged products
• Water damage / impact damage / tampered items
• Final sale, discount, clearance or promotional items
• Damage occurring after delivery is not covered

Refunds (if approved) take 5–7 business days after inspection.

6. EMI (Installment) Terms

• EMI available only on select products listed as EMI eligible.
• Interest rate, fees, and tenure depend on the financing provider.
• Approval is fully controlled by the bank/finance company, not Pranish Store.
• Pranish Store is not liable for EMI rejection or document issues.

7. Lucky Wheel / Promotional Rewards

• Rewards are algorithm-generated and fully random.
• Prizes/offers may be limited based on stock and time.
• Results are final, non-negotiable and non-refundable.
• Feature may be paused or removed without notice.

8. Warranty Terms

• Products with brand/manufacturer warranty are serviced under their official terms.
• Burn, breakage, water damage or unauthorized repair voids warranty.
• Service centers hold final decision on repair/replacement approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we aim for accuracy, errors may occur in product descriptions, pricing or specifications. Pranish Store is not responsible for:

• Courier delays, breakage, loss, theft or shipment failure
• Damage after delivery or user-caused damage
• Data loss, injury, indirect or consequential damages
• External links or third-party website actions
